Charles DeWeese,
President of Charles DeWeese Construction, Inc., has recently located
his Kentucky-Tennessee Division corporate office to the former Que-Net
building in Franklin, Kentucky. The 20,000 square foot building is
located on Highway 1008 in Franklin. The facility was formerly owned
by Quebecor Printing Company.

Construction Company primary operations are in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
where they are a major contractor with the United States government.
“Five years ago I
hired Tim Smith to start up operations for the Kentucky-Tennessee
area. Starting with two other individuals, Tim Smith has led the
division and it now has 101 employees. Because of this accelerated
growth our company needed a new headquarters where we could house all
of our people in one location. Because of its strategic location we
decided to locate our new Division headquarters in Franklin, Kentucky”
stated Charles DeWeese.

of our growing community said Gary Broady, Chairman of the Franklin-
Simpson Industrial Board. This is a fast growing company and one that
we are excited to have in Franklin.” County Judge Executive Jim

County. Anytime a town can attract a corporate headquarters, it says a
lot for that community.”

Construction Company specializes in road and utility construction in
the two state area. In addition, to their new corporate headquarters
they also have an equipment shop in the former C & M Metals building
also located on Highway 1008 in Franklin.
