available for prospective industry. Franklin has had great success in
attracting new companies to the area and we believe this available
building will help the community attract another industry.”

grateful that they will be helping us to market our community. With
the economy getting better we feel certain that industries will be
expanding and looking for available buildings. We will help with the
marketing of this building and, of course, be available to work with
prospective companies on obtaining local and State incentives for
their projects."
Site development for the building began two weeks ago. Steel will be
going up by the first of May, with construction completed by the end
of July. |
